With our Cardiovascular Group (CVG) expanding its team throughout the different territories, Dr. Mogwera, in partnership with our CVG faithful, established a Cardiology Department in Northwest. Dr. Mogwera is a Cardiologist based in Rustenburg whose life-saving conquests in the region date back to 2019.
Since opening this public service to the communities of Rustenburg at the Shimankana Tabane Hospital, the doctor and his team have managed to save the lives of fifteen people who suffered from a severe condition called 3rd-degree heart block. A noteworthy achievement in its own right, the team reiterated that these successful procedures were completed with the help of Vertice’s pulse generators.
As a result, this has brought excellent insight into the public health services of Rustenburg. Furthermore, Dr. Mogwera is in the process of publishing a scientific paper that will share this new innovative accomplishment.
