The Vertice Learnership Programme, in collaboration with Skills Panda, empowers young individuals with essential workplace skills. It combines basic computer literacy training with comprehensive workplace skills development.
The programme currently has 50 learners who participate in internships at various companies, including some who intern at Vertice. These internships provide valuable hands-on experience and bridge the gap between theory and practice.
The programme focuses on nurturing technical and interpersonal skills, preparing learners for entry-level success.
